We are fully aware that many of you may think that you will learn more working on your own bikes. However, we feel confident that this is not the case. Many bike parts are updated / and are also interchangeable. It is very important to Mountain Bike Instruction to pass on as much practical and relevant knowledge as possible,

Our Mountain Bikes have been specially prepared. All grease from parts has been removed for clarity to enhance student learning and to save time cleaning. We fully appreciate that you have attended a mountain bike maintenance course to learn about the practical aspects of replacement / adjustment. We therefore spend our time in these areas, and not on cleaning parts, although we do give you advice / look at products in this very important area of mountain bike maintenance.

Using the above structured methods, gives the candidate more contact hours on the relevant / practical aspects of mountain bike maintenance and how to identify and measure components when you need to replace.

We know our methods work, we have been using them since 2002 and we receive excellent feedback

To ensure quality of training, our instructors have many years of Mountain Bike Maintenance experience and are fully qualified (Cert Ed Further & Adult Education) Mechanical Engineering Instructors.
